The delivery time is always stated on the specific product page. Unprinted products and gifts are typically delivered within 3 working days.
What is the delivery time for printed promotional products?
Printed items are generally delivered from 4 working days after placing your order and the final approval of the digital proof. The exact delivery time is always clearly stated on the product page.
Is delivery free?
Yes. We offer free delivery on orders of €200 or more, excluding VAT, to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €12.95 applies.
Do you also deliver outside Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France?
Yes, absolutely. For deliveries to other EU countries, we work closely with professional transport partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS. We only charge the actual transport costs at competitive wholesale rates. No surprises — nothing more, nothing less.
Do I always receive a Track & Trace code?
In most cases, yes. As soon as the shipment leaves our distribution centre, a tracking link is generated. Please note: for specific pallet shipments or non-standard freight, a standard Track & Trace code is unfortunately not always available.
