Ball pen Riva soft touch

When you need a promotional item that people can use straight away, a ball pen still does the job better than almost anything else. The Riva soft touch keeps that idea simple and effective: a push mechanism means the pen is ready in one click, which suits fast-moving moments such as exhibitions, training sessions and meeting rooms. Because it is available in red, dark blue, blue, black and pink, you can also choose a shade that fits your campaign, event theme or day-to-day office style.

This pen is made from ABS and designed as a classic ball pen with a push mechanism, so there is no cap to misplace between conversations, note-taking and sign-ins. That matters when you are handing out larger quantities at a reception desk or conference stand: recipients can pick it up and start writing immediately without any explanation. The range of five colours also helps you tailor the look to different departments, promotions or audiences, while keeping one consistent item across your printed materials and in-person handouts.

For companies looking for a practical corporate gift or a straightforward giveaway, this is an easy choice because it can be personalised with your logo in full colour. Your branding sits on an item people naturally use during appointments, seminars and customer visits, which keeps your company name visible in a credible, everyday way. It is especially well suited to prospects at trade fairs, visitors signing in at events, or participants in workshops, where a branded pen feels useful from the first moment rather than decorative for the sake of it.
