Desk-Mate® A3 notepad

When your team needs space to sketch, note and organise in one place, the Desk-Mate® A3 notepad gives them a broader working area than a standard pad. That larger A3 format suits busy desks where people switch quickly between lists, rough layouts and meeting notes. Because it is a desk pad as well as a writing pad, it fits naturally into day-to-day office routines instead of disappearing into a drawer after one use.

The combination of paper and cardboard keeps the notepad straightforward and professional for everyday use on desks, reception counters and meeting tables. You can choose the paper type that matches the way your recipients work: dotted for flexible note-taking, squared for figures and structured planning, blank for sketches and concepts, or lined for clear written notes. That makes it easier to match the pad to a sales office, project team or front-desk environment, rather than handing out a generic pad that only partly fits the job.

For client meetings, training sessions or welcome packs for office-based staff, this is a practical corporate gift that people start using straight away. The white finish gives you a clean base to present it personalised with your logo, and the full-colour print option helps your branding stand out clearly on the desk. As a business gift, it works especially well for recipients who write, plan or explain ideas in front of others, because a branded A3 pad stays visible throughout the working day and supports a tidy, professional setup.
