Desk-Mate® A5 spiral notebook

When different teams take notes in different ways, a one-style notebook can feel limiting. The Desk-Mate® A5 spiral notebook keeps things flexible with a choice of dotted, squared, blank or lined paper, so you can match it to the way your recipients actually work. That makes it a practical option for meetings, training notes, sketches or day-to-day planning. The A5 format also hits the right balance for business use: large enough for proper note-taking, yet easy to carry from desk to desk or into a client meeting.

Its soft cover keeps the notebook straightforward and easy to handle, while the spiral format makes it convenient to use throughout the working day. Made from paper with a cardboard cover, it suits organisations that want a clear, functional giveaway without unnecessary extras. The white finish gives you a clean base for full-colour printing, which helps your artwork stand out clearly. Because the notebook is printable and can be personalised with your logo, it becomes more than stationery when you hand it out: it is a useful item people can put to work immediately.

This works especially well for recipients who are expected to write things down regularly, such as event attendees, trainees and internal teams in planning or project roles. Hand it out at conferences, staff training days or customer workshops, and it fits naturally into the moment instead of feeling like a token extra. As a corporate gift or branded handout, it gives your organisation a professional presence every time the notebook comes out on a table. If you want a business gift that is easy to distribute, relevant in almost any office setting and clearly printed with your logo, this notebook does that job with no fuss.
