X8 RCS certified R-ABS smooth touch pen

When you need a pen that feels a step more considered than the usual giveaway, this X8 model stands out straight away. The smooth touch finish gives it a more polished feel in hand, while the R-ABS construction and RCS certification add a clear, credible story for organisations that want everyday items to reflect their choices. Because a pen is picked up again and again during meetings, sign-ins and note-taking, this is the kind of practical item that keeps your name present without trying too hard.

In daily use, the details are simple but important. The click mechanism makes it quick to use at a reception desk, during a training session or when someone needs to jot something down mid-conversation. Blue ink is a familiar, professional choice for day-to-day writing, and the X20 refill type gives you a concrete specification to work with when selecting consistent writing instruments for larger teams or events. With ten colours available, from understated grey, navy and black to brighter yellow, red and orange, you can match the pen more closely to your branding or the tone of a campaign.

For conferences, customer visits and welcome packs at the office, this is a business gift that feels useful from the first moment. The RCS certification and ECO Choice label support a more responsible product selection, while the surface can be personalised with your logo and printed in full colour for clear brand recognition. That makes it especially suitable for prospects and visitors who may not know your organisation well yet: they receive something functional, neat and easy to keep on their desk, and your branding stays visible in a natural way.
