More or less pieces delivered

Nonetheless a very careful production process a small difference in more or less pieces is possible in the mass production of for example ballpoints, paper, candy, shopping bags, calendars, playing cards … This is typical for the graphical market. Full automatic printing machines for mass production aren’t always stoppable at exactly the right amount of items.

Conform the General Graphical Delivery conditions (BeNeLux) a delivery with more or less pieces cannot surpass higher than:

• Edition until 20.000 pieces: 10%
  
• Edition from 20.000 pieces: 5%
  

These are the legal terms but Pasco tries to avoid differences as much as possible. A deviation of maximum 5% between order confirmation and invoice is possible in exceptional cases. Is the difference bigger than these get delivered for free.

PS: in most cases (99% of the orders) we deliver the right amount.
